I had a pretty frustrating stay. Our room faced a garbage area, which was really off-putting, and the noise from the thin walls made it hard to relax. I definitely expected better for the price we paid.

Had perfectly pleasant stay for on next visit. Booked double room with a comfortable bed. An electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware were provided.

the restaurant here was clean with yummy food, we both ordered appetising dishes. it was a decent size, included a good sized bed plus a tv set and a balcony. comfortable location - walking distance to everywhere we needed.

The staff we met were not very friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at the warners. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. we enjoyed easy parking and the spacious layout of the room. the attached pub served surprisingly delicious food, and room service was prompt with tasty pasta that exceeded our expectations. the bed was cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Rooms somewhat dated. no worries though!

The mattress felt like sleeping on a rock, and the pillows were way too high, giving me neck pain all night. Plus, the noise from a nearby bar and cigarette smell made it impossible to get any decent sleep.

I stayed here for a weekend and will be back. The hotel was a good base for enjoying a secure area, very close to part of pub for meals erc, ” Lake ”, and shops and entertainment.

The beds were super comfy, and I appreciated the friendly staff who went out of their way to help. The location was convenient, but be prepared for some noise at night and ongoing refurb work. A solid choice for a short stay!

On arrival the room was well furnished.

The place is ideally located—close to heaps of takeout spots and just a short stroll to some nice restaurants by the water. I also appreciated the convenience of having a guest laundry on-site; it made my holiday plans a lot easier!

But wow, the noise levels were unbearable! I could hear everything—from doors slamming to people talking, making it impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. Plus, the bed was way too firm for my liking, and the pillows were just uncomfortable. there were no cups in the room and a lack of basic toiletries, which was a bit frustrating.

We enjoyed being there and will be back. This property was clean and little. The personnel was excellent and fantastically friendly, and the hotel had a family feeling. The service was good and the pool was clean. The location was exceptionally nice, short walk to Newcastle and Lake Macquarie as well as FROM THE BAY, in a safe area. Also, it was about 5 minutes' drive to Warners Bay Foreshore Park.

The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the convenient location close to the esplanade and local attractions.

Breakfast delights could be enhanced with a wider selection of pastries.

The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, while the balcony provided a lovely spot to relax and take in the fresh air. the decent hot water supply was a welcome feature, allowing me to unwind after a long day of exploring.

Although it didn't significantly impact my overall experience, it was a minor annoyance that I felt worth mentioning.

Oh mate, let me tell ya about dining at Warners Bay! The tavern onsite nailed it with juicy burgers that make your tastebuds dance and a vibe that hits just right. Plus, the room was a real gem—comfy bed, clean digs, and a friendly welcome.

This place is centrally located, has air conditioning, offers good value for money, and features a very spacious bathroom, with competent and excellent employees.
